Is Africa a Dark Nation?

Here is a question for this week.

Why is Africa always a case of laughter, of darkness, of illogical arguments and of deliberate stagnation? Is it truly greed or mental poverty? If we should tag it as greed, then there are other greedy politicians in the west whose system of government still work in spite of the greed. Why is Africa simply different from others?
